Hello everyone-

those preparing for GMAT and those through with GMAT and contemplating what to do next,

I am writing to share my thoughts about my experience with CSQRL. I got enrolled for CSQRL’s online/virtual GMAT training somewhere around March 2009. Initially I was skeptical about the different approaches that CSQRL had in store.

For example, the different ways to tackle Critical Reasoning, Data Sufficiency and especially Reading Comprehension (sometimes you wonder if you really will have that much time to actually make frameworks in an exam notorious for being so fast-paced).

But trust me guys, apply all the techniques and it works wonders!! The explanations of the different concepts were very clear. The trainer had been very patient and conducted each session in an appreciable manner. The approach to each type of question is unique and effective. I will rate the training at Csquare Learnings excellent inspite of the training being web based.

I then enrolled myself to the essays and recos training which I have come to realize is just as important as the GMAT score. To be honest, when I was told to ramble about myself in the "About You" document and then come up with leadership examples, I wondered why I was writing so much script. I did not even know what questions I was targeting then. I spent almost 2 months on base lining essays and recos for just 1 school, writing, reviewing and reworking a million times. I sometimes felt frustrated and would plead my admissions manager to baseline my material because I was so tired of going through the same stuff over and over again. But she wouldn't listen. She would give me some correction for my next class. I was beginning to lose patience.
Once I had a proof-read version of the essays and recos for 1 school, it was just a matter of copy-paste and slightly modifying the content according to the needs of other schools. In my case, Manchester Business School has 8 essay questions and it really gave me an opportunity to include each and every leadership example that I had prepared initially in some way or the other. Also, the personal attention given to everyone is just mind-boggling. I know how the IMS' and other institutes work as far as essays/recos are concerned and I can vouch that CSQRL is much better. All thanks to my trainers and admissions manager, I have successfully completed my GMAT training, essays and recos well before the deadlines and now it is time to apply!!
Lastly the journey with CSQRL so far has been great. They have really helped me in this whole tedious and energy-sapping process called "Applying for MBA Admissions"

Good to luck to everyone

Cheers!

Ganesh
