Job Description:

  • Handling the entire Accounts department independently;

  • Coordination and delivery of Corporate Training  workshops covering topics on as per module developed
  • Communication, corporate etiquette, customer services, cross-cultural sensitivity, presentation skills
  • Cover all stages of the training cycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Ensure continuous improvements with regards to training quality standards
  • Evaluation and feedback sessions and performance evaluation for the trainees
  • Assessing trainees for specialized skills.  
  • Conducting one-on-one evaluation
